TWO Musical Guests and a press conference! 12/01/2011

You are all in for the BEST episode in BS'n history so far.

Period.

It also happens to be our Season Finale!  But don't get too sad.  We're not going to be away long. Especially not since we will be airing a Christmas special, a Super Bowl halftime show, and a "Best Of" Season 2 collection during our hiatus.

But back to THIS WEEK!  In a season that saw amazing guests, new and hilarious segments, local attention from two area newspapers and NATIONAL attention on the Elvis Duran show - we just had to go out with a bang.  And that bang is this week's SUPERSIZED episode, "The Press Conference."

In this week's episode, we have a hilarious prank call, the end of the Lovinstat segment, an attack from a crazed fan, a finale worthy Top 11, a public apology from Brad (hence the episode title and above pic), and not one but TWO musical guests!

Our first guest is Taylor Parissi.  You might remember Taylor from our Halloween episode ("The Prime Number") and his band America: The Robot.  However, he also has a side SOLO project that he has titled Sam Rockwell, Machete Champion!  Taylor stopped by Studio 134 to play his original song, "The Incredible Ned Kelly," and we promise it will blow you away.  His guitar playing and melodious voice rocked the studio audience, and we promise you will want to see his showcase at Rock the Ruritan in St. Clarisville, OH on Saturday, December 10th!  For more on Rock the Ruritan and all bands playing there, CLICK HERE.  For more on Sam Rockwell, Machete Champion, check out his Facebook page HERE!

But there was no way we could finish the season without a performance from the guest we've been trying to get in the studio since we practically started having guests on!  That's right, we've got Mr. Michael Ravasio in Studio 134, all the way from Baltimore, MD!  A Steubenville native, Ravasio is known for his angelic voice, and if you've ever seen him at karaoke night somewhere in town, you'd understand why.  Michael surprised us all by busting out his acoustic guitar and performing his original song, "Mary Lou," which will quickly get stuck in your head as the ladies start dropping panties and the fellas begin to question their sexuality.

However, you know we weren't letting Mike out of the studio without performing our favorite karaoke numbers!  So, just for you, we've got some BS'n EXTRA exclusives!  First up is Mr. Ravasio busting out the Temptations' classic, "Just My Imagination."
If that wasn't enough, check him out singing the classic Dean Martin song, "Return To Me."
Don't forget to check Michael Ravasio out on our SEASON FINALE, "The Press Conference," which debuts Sunday, December 4th at 7PM at YouTube.com/BradandScottie or RIGHT HERE on BradandScottie.com!  This is one you will not soon forget!

Jim Bogacz is a phenomenal guitarist from the Pittsburgh area.  He has performed in numerous venues around the try-state area, and this week, Brad and Scottie have him!

Jim was so great, that we asked him to play another song. . .and then another one.  Honestly, we probably could have forced him there all night to play for us, and we're happy to pass the videos on to you!

Check out Jim's full performance on this week's BS'n with Brad and Scottie, debuting right here at BradandScottie.com THIS SUNDAY NIGHT (November 27th) at 7PM sharp!

Until then, take a look at some extra stuff Jim gave us.  If you'd like to see more from Jim Bogacz, you can find him at MySpace.com/JimBogacz.

Here's Jim's cover of Lyle Lovett's "If I Had a Boat":
As if that wasn't great enough, here's his cover of Semisonic's hit song, "Closing Time":
We even dug up this video from a couple years ago at Club Cafe in Pittsburgh!

On this week's show, Brad makes another go at getting himself to sneeze, a mysterious new friend turns off the lights, we make a prank phone call to a local sporting goods establishment, and Scottie remains the solid rock foundation of the show while Brad drinks way too much Steel Reserve!

Also, Josh and Anthony from the band Chaos Killed stopped by the studio to play acoustically.

We liked their song on the show so much, we asked them to play again.  Here's a little web only extra of two-thirds of Chaos Killed playing their song "Perpetual Youth" for your listening pleasure!

Friend Chaos Killed on Facebook, check them out on iTunes, and be sure to check them out on an all new BS'n with Brad and Scottie this Sunday, November 20th at 7PM!

We repeat:

What the hell is happening in this week's episode?!?

We're not sure, but we know it was our most fun show yet.

This week, look forward to a new top 11 that will make you hungry, a vent to end all other vents, and a brand new segment titled "Brad and Scottie Wax Their Bodies" will give you sympathy pains.

For more pictures, there are a few new ones uploaded to our pics page.  And for complete BS'n insanity, watch this week's episode, "The Waxing,"  when we bring it to you this Sunday, November 6th at 7PM!

This week's special guest is Mr. Anthony Hancock, our first international guest!  This British sensation makes see-through undergarments named See-Mores!  Brad and Scottie sit down with Tony for a very interesting conversation!

As most of our fans know, sometimes there is so much awesomeness over at the show that we can't contain it in just one episode.  This is one of those weeks.

Our Halloween special airs this Sunday at 7PM, and the phenomenal band America: The Robot were our guests.  Due to a scheduling conflict, Brad and Scottie could not do an "on location."

So, the band sent a video over with two of their songs.  We used one for the show, and the other, we offer up to you now as a sneak peak!

Catch America: The Robot at Krazy 'bout Sportz in Weirton, WV on November 5th.  There will be an Autism Benefit with an entry fee of $5 starting at 5PM.  The 5th, 5PM, for $5 - that's easy enough to remember!  America: The Robot, along with a full lineup of other area bands, will be performing and raising money for a great cause!  Taylor Parissi from A:TR will be by on the full episode this Sunday to give us more information.

Find America: The Robot on Facebook at THIS LINK.  Check out this extra video from this week's BS'n with Brad and Scottie.  This is America: The Robot with their song "Let's Start the Mustache Summer" - take it away!

The BEST of BS'n with Brad and Scottie - Season One! 10/23/2011

Tonight is going to be a very special night.  Tonight, our first retrospective, The Best of BS'n with Brad and Scottie - Season One" airs and we promise you it delivers.

To be honest, we forgot about most of the stuff in season one before we combed through it to pick out our favorite bits.  It was fun to go back through and watch almost like it was for the first time.  It also made us see how far we've come and how much tighter season two has been.

Now, it is twice as long as any normal episode, so block out about 27 minutes for this one.  You will NOT want to miss it.

You also will not want to miss being in the audience TONIGHT for the taping of next week's "Halloween" episode!  We tape at 5PM over at Studio 134, so join us.  If you're not sure how to get there, please feel free to contact us by clicking "Contact" above.  We'll give you directions!  Next week's special guest is the phenomenal band America: The Robot.  We'll have some video for you in the next few days of a bonus song they played for us that won't be in the full episode.

As always, friend us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and tell your friends!  If you have trouble convincing them to get on board, just show them this 52 second trailer for upcoming episodes!

Our guest on today's episode ("The Keys") is Jennifer Cesta, owner and baker extraordinaire for Finishing Touches - The Art of Entertaining, a company Jenn created a couple of years ago.  Jenn operates everything out of her home and offers many delicious confections as well as her signature "Sweet Reflections" which are mirrors designed with sugar as serving trays for cookies, crackers, cheese and anything else you'd like out at a party!

Jenn was also featured in this Sunday's edition of the Herald-Star and you may have tried her delicious Cheesecake Lollipops at a local venue in the Jefferson County area.

If you'd like to learn more about Finishing Touches, check out the website at FinishingTouchesEntertaining.com or check out the Facebook page here!

Also on today's episode, more inappropriate humor, a brand new Top 11 for Breast Cancer Awareness month, another sentimental moment for Brad, a phenomenal INCIV, our second Elvis Duran shoutout, and a barrage of key dropping (for the story behind this, check out the Inside Look for "The Keys")!

New episode goes live at 7PM!  Take a break between the afternoon and evening football games to night and spend it with Brad and Scottie!
